To reach Qamea Island from Nadi, there are 2 options- Flight or ferry.
Option 1- quick and easy
Flights to Taveuni Island go 2-3 times daily, direct from Nadi. Check www.pacificsun.com.fj
Option 2- cheap and adventurous
Make your way to Suva to catch the Spirit of Fiji Island (SOFI) ferry. This big locals ferry leaves from Walu Bay in Suva and is an overnight journey. Economy tickets are F$68 or sleeper cabins are F$120 p.p. bookable at the SOFI’s Consort Shipping Office at Walu Bay. It departs from Suva on Tuesdays and Fridays, and returns on Wednesdays and Sundays.
