Mac OS X Finder

The Mac OS X Finder is an odd beast. It is missing some of the functionality of previous Finders (no built-in encryption, no pop-up windows for example) but it has some really powerful new functionality that many people don't use! The trick is that, like a lot of Mac OS X, you need to treat it like something completely new, not just like a new version of older Mac systems. In this section I have described how I use the new Finder.
