This is a movie of the final of the 100 meter breaststroke at Canterbury Champs 2011. Phil is near the middle in lane 3 with the dark blue cap. Yes, he wins this race (with a time of 1:14:57) to get the gold medal.

Use the controller above to start the movie. It requires QuickTime to run. There might be a few seconds delay before it starts, depending on your connection speed. Sorry the quality isn't very good but I had to compress the original down a lot to make it small enough to stream on the internet.
