Queens Park: Statues

Queens Park is a major park near the center of Invercargill, Southland's biggest center and only city. It covers almost a square kilometer (about 200 acres) and includes a golf course, cricket ground, museum, and astronomical observatory as well as an aviary, a collection of animals and playgrounds.

This photo shows Nicole and Phil posing on the bronze statues in the park. It's a nice, informal composition with the eagle statue and trees acting as a neutral coloured frame for the main subjects.
