Te Anau

Entry 34, on 2003-04-18 at 20:04:58 (Rating 1, Travel)

Today we drove to Te Anau to visit my parents at their holiday house there. Te Anau is a little tourist town near Fiordland National Park, Southland, New Zealand on the shore of Lake Te Anau where we can hopefully do some fishing (probably not too successfully) and boating.

The weather is looking really nice. we have perfect blue skies and the autumn colours of the golden poplars are really spectacular. Its starting to get a little bit cool though.
