M71, M27, M8, M17, M16, 47 Tuc, NGC2070 on 12 Sep 2007 (observation 12)

Quite clear night except light mist near horizon. Not very steady.
Observed these objects with C8 and 30mm eyepiece...
M71 quite faint but easy with averted vision.
M27 bright with some shape visible.
M8 brilliant bright and good detail in gas structure.
M17 bright and easy, some detail.
M16 cluster easy, gas more subtle.
47 Tuc excellent with condensed center and stars to 70% of field.
NGC2070 very fine detail in gas structure.
