Transit of Venus on 08 Jun 2004 (observation 40)

Title:Transit of Venus
 
Observed at 14.36 CST (Australia).
Used hydrogen alpha scope and Meade to view transit of Venus.
First seen in H alpha scope.
Very sharp indentation in globe about 2 minutes later in Meade.
After about half way from first to second contact saw circle extended around Venus.
No black drop effect seen after second contact.
