This weekend I attended the annual concert that my kids music school puts on. This is the highlight of the year where the town hall is used and everyone gets to play something to a large audience.

Well there was certainly a range of different skill levels represented but overall it was fairly good.

The finale was a performance by everyone together, including the mighty town hall organ, of Mussorgsky's The Great Gate of Kiev. Very grand it sounded, too!
