Nicole Swinging

Nicole on a rope swing under the fruit trees at her grandparents' place in Nelson.

Subdued light from both a cloudy sky and the shade of the trees softens the colors in this picture. The odd shape of the tree trunks and the small weathered ladder add further elements to the main subject. The natural informality of the photo comes from the lack of posing on Nicole's part.
