Blossom

I wanted to create a soft effect here without making the subject look blurry, so I chose pale colours while still getting sharp focus. The darker foreground meant I had to use fill in flash so that the blossom was illuminated to a similar extent as the background sky. Fill in flash is a useful option to use in daylight situations, especially when the subject isn't too reflective so that glare can be avoided.
