This beer had a pale brownish amber colour, and a light head. The beer showed a light crisp fruity citrus aroma. The flavour was clean, with medium citrus fruit, and a crisp hoppy finish. The flavours were light, crisp and clean. This beer won Gold at the NZ Beer Cup 2003, and a trophy at the NZ Beer Awards 2004.

Note 1 I am not really a beer expert (just an enthusiastic amateur), so please don't take my recommendations as anything more than a rough guide to these beers. I can take no responsibility if you buy a lot, on my recommendation, and then regret it!

Note 2 You may not agree with my evaluation of these beers as a lot of this is quite subjective. I tend to put a lot of emphasis on freshness and intense characteristic flavours and bouquet, so if you disagree you might just have different priorities.
